About Me

I am a Postdoctoral researcher at Facebook AI. My current research interest is in photo-realistic generation of textual images in scene text and handwriting.

I completed my PhD at CVIT, IIIT Hyderabad, under the supervision of Prof. C.V. Jawahar. My doctoral research focused on the problem of information retrieval from scanned handwritten and printed document image collections. During my PhD, I was a recipient of Alexa Graduate Fellowship and TCS research fellowship.
